Online individual psychotherapy for adults

Psychotherapy is a space to slow down, explore your life, and develop a deeper understanding of yourself. This can help you connect more deeply with yourself, with others, and find ways to live more in tune with what really matters to you. Giving yourself time to do this can help you find new perspectives on areas you are struggling with and make sense of what is getting in the way of you living your life fully.

At times in life, we can experience changes, intense events, or challenges that disturb us. Or we may notice patterns or habits within ourselves that are making it harder for us to live the way we would like. We may be stuck with difficult feelings and thoughts that make us struggle to take helpful actions for ourselves. We can lose our sense of our lives being meaningful and worthwhile.

I offer psychotherapy that can help you to come alongside yourself in these experiences and uncover who you really are beneath them. As an Integrative Psychotherapist, I am skilled in offering an open, supportive space to explore dynamics within yourself and with others in your life. My Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) training enables me to help you develop the structure and focus you may need to take steps to move forward.

Focus on meaning and growth

Therapy can be a space where you explore the essence of what life means for you. It may involve clarifying your values, re-defining what is of worth to you or considering what you want to pay most attention to in your life. This can be about exploring your spiritual or religious path, growing in a mindful or heartfulness practice, or deepening your relationship with your body and the earth. Attending to these deeper roots of your life can help guide, energise, and give meaning to your everyday life. It can also support you in suffering and help you be more aware of moments of beauty in your life.

How my therapy service works

You can contact me to arrange a free 15-minute telephone call to meet me and consider what may help you. I work on Thursdays and Fridays between 9:30am and 4:00pm

We will arrange an initial assessment appointment where we will explore what you are wanting to look at in therapy and decide the most helpful plan. The initial assessment session is 50 minutes long at a cost of £60.

To begin our work together, we will create a therapy agreement which will clarify how we are going to work together, looking at confidentiality, data protection, fees, cancellation policy, and my ethical commitment to you. We will create a plan for our work, considering creatively what you are wanting to explore, focus on, and what direction you want your life to move in. We will review this regularly to help us consider our progress and make any changes needed. We can arrange a short- term, longer-term, or open-ended plan, and this can be adjusted as our work develops.

All therapy sessions are 50 minutes long, held online usually on a weekly basis, and cost £60. I accept payment on the day of the session by bank transfer.
